Heroin Use on the Rise in Hagerstown

Heroin and heroin/fentanyl use is on the rise all around the country, especially in Hagerstown Maryland. There has been 37 deaths in Maryland this year alone and that number is expected to rise exponentially come the summer months along with the number of violent crimes.
